My name is Melissa Rich & I am a Tucson native currently living in Oro Valley, Arizona. As a full-time REALTOR®, Real Estate Investor, Associate Broker at Tierra Antigua Realty & Professional Home Stager, I bring a wealth of expertise & energy to every transaction.

Before beginning my career in Real Estate over 12-years ago, I owned a beautiful Wellness Spa called "A Rich Experience" in Northwest Tucson. My passion for helping people made Real Estate a natural fit. I currently own three short-term rental properties in Dove Mountain, Arizona & provide consulting services on how to locate, purchase, set-up, operate & profit from owning short-term rental properties.

First impressions make a huge difference when selling your home. When you hire me, I will bring a fresh, honest and insightful decorating eye to staging your home for sale.

I will arrange your existing furnishings, as well as remove or add certain items to create a space that is cohesive and pleasing to potential buyers. When presented in a way that buyers can see themselves living in the home, they are more likely to make an offer. In addition to providing free home staging advice and assistance, I also provide free professional photography of your home. Most buyers begin their home search online. Dynamic and attractive photos of a beautifully staged home will maximize interest and demand for your home. I am often asked why I put so much extra effort into my listings, and the answer is simple: Excellent results for my clients!
